Solo mining or pool – which is better?
With solo mining you try to find a whole block on your own (big reward, but a lottery). In a pool you receive small, regular payouts based on your contribution. You configure either freely in AxeOS.
How loud and power-hungry is the Bitaxe Gamma?
At around 15 watts it is very economical and quiet enough for the living room in normal operation. With a cooling upgrade it runs even cooler and quieter.
