The Bitaxe Gamma 601 is an open-source Bitcoin miner for the home and our bestseller for getting into solo mining. Its single BM1370 ASIC delivers around 1.3 TH/s at 15 to 18 watts, making it remarkably efficient and quiet. The fully open AxeOS firmware gives you complete control through a clear web dashboard: set your pool, fine-tune frequency and voltage, watch hashrate and temperature in real time. You do not need a manufacturer account for any of it. Set up over WiFi in minutes and start contributing to the Bitcoin network right away. We ship within 24 hours.
You pick the fan: Standard with the 40 mm fan it ships with, or the Noctua NF-A4x20 in the 40 × 20 mm format. The Noctua runs on the same 5 volts, plugs into the same 4-pin header and follows the AxeOS fan curve just like the original. At 14.9 dB it is noticeably calmer. Hashrate and power draw stay exactly the same, the only thing you choose is how much of the miner you hear. If it sits next to you on the desk, go for the Noctua.
