Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and the total weight of your order. The exact amount is shown in the cart and on the checkout page before you complete your order.

  • EU countries (except Cyprus and Malta): from €7.81, depending on country and total weight; free from €300.00
  • USA: €35.00
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina: €45.00
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €25.00
  • Madeira and the Azores: €25.00
  • All other countries worldwide: €25.00

Delivery time

Items in stock are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon to Fri) after payment is received; delivery then usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is handled via Correos or UPS; the expected delivery time depends on the destination country. Should an item exceptionally not be available immediately, we will let you know without delay.

Delivery area

We ship worldwide, except to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba. Within the EU there are no additional import charges. For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), import charges (customs/import duties) may apply and are to be borne by the recipient.

Payment methods

  • Card payment (Visa, Mastercard): securely processed via PayPal: you enter your card in PayPal's card form, no PayPal account needed. PayPal also charges a fee for card payments, so 3 % of the order value is added; the amount is shown at checkout before you order.
  • PayPal: processed via PayPal, likewise with a 3 % fee from PayPal, shown at checkout.
  • Bitcoin / Lightning: processed via our own BTCPay Server, with 5 % off the value of the goods.
  • Stablecoins (USDC, USDT): on Polygon, Arbitrum or Ethereum, straight to our own wallet address with no payment provider in between. After ordering you see the exact amount (the euro price in US dollars at the European Central Bank reference rate), our address and a QR code. Please send exactly that amount and only over the networks listed; you pay the network fee, we add no surcharge.
  • Bank transfer (SEPA): advance payment; you receive the account details after ordering and by email.

The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. For bank transfer (advance payment) we ship only after the payment has been received in full on our account.
